We're about to set up our first Permanent People’s Kitchen Community Space in Newham (Thames Barrier Park) and it’s a huge step for us. We need all the help we can get,

If you’re a local community group who’d like to connect or a local chef who wants to share their skills and be part of an innovative community hub please get in contact (We especially welcome chefs whose backgrounds reflect the diversity of the borough)

We’re also heading back to our first home: Hackney with Fortnightly Community Feasts For All and Cook and Eat Sessions for Young People. We plan to start up in September, and could do with help spreading the word, regularly picking up surplus stock and connecting with local community groups.

There’s no booking needed to come join in a feast, all you have to do is turn up on the day... share your time…bring your skills... and learn a few more from others...

You don't have to be a great cook, or an extrovert, you can even come to practise your English...

Wash, peel, chop, chat, help tidy up, or simply come for a Pay-What-You-Can Community Feast

Everyone is welcome

If you’d like to set up your own People’s Kitchen, we’d love to support you
